Shipping & Returns

  • Enjoy free delivery with min $30 per order.
  • For order below $30, the delivery charges is at $3.20 per order. (Inclusive of GST)
  • Product(s) sold at reduced price are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Standard Local Delivery: Within 5 business days upon dispatch.
  • Delivery to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports and airports are not available.
  • Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.
  • *Please note that delivery during this period may delay due to the high volume of eCommerce orders island wide. We seek your understanding and patience with us. Thank you and stay safe.

Please ensure that merchandise(s) is in original condition, original packing and with the original tags and tickets attached. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that merchandise is in its original condition, followed by processing your returns or exchanges.


You must specify:


1. Your order number as the subject title
2. Name and product code of the defected item
3. Photograph of the defect


  • Our customer service officer will be in touch on the next steps. Should your product be deemed defective, a replacement product will be mailed to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online credit voucher (inclusive of any postage you paid) will be provided. Voucher will be valid for one year.
  • For online purchases made from bata.com.sg, if you wish to exchange your product due to an unsuitable size; we allow exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Product(s) sold at reduced price are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Exchange of size/product will only be entertained at our flagship store located at 111 North Bridge Rd, #01-27 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098.
  • If you wish to exchange at our Peninsula Plaza store, kindly bring along your original invoice with item(s) in original condition. You may exchange for the same product model subjected to availability in the store. If you wish to exchange to a different model/design*, the item needs to be of a same or higher value. You may only exchange once.
  • *Please note that all exchanges are strictly only available at our flagship store in Peninsula Plaza.


For purchases made from bata.com.sg: we will only accept returns if product is defective upon delivery. Refunds will not be accepted at retail stores in Singapore. Please email us at customerservice.sg@bata.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order;
